What is Strength Visualiser

Im sure you judge your strength growth by how much more weight you've lifted compared to the week before, but seeing the big picture is difficult. I mean sure, you can keep a log of the weight you lifted each week, but it will get long and messy. With the Strength Visualiser, we take all your lifting data and plot it into a graph that you can easily see your overall strength growth. We also allow you to store the data in our database for easy retreival.
